This year we will continue to enforce NO BURNOUTS - YOU WILL BE TRESPASSED FROM OUR PROPERTY for 1 YearWe must insist that all participants in Cruise Night stop doing burnouts. Burnouts not only endanger the safety of spectators and fellow participants, but also pose a significant liability risk to the Ludlow Elks. The reckless behavior associated with burnouts reflects poorly on the entire car enthusiast community. Failure to comply may result in being banned from future participation in this event. THIS YEAR WE HAVE A NEW RAFFLE- QUEEN OF HEARTS!
1. This board has 54 sealed numbered cards, a randomly placed deck of cards and 2 joker cards.2. This raffle is open to all players 18 years old or older.3. Tickets are sold for $1.00 each and must be mixed in public view before the scheduled drawing.4. If you will not be present for the drawing, tickets must include the players first and last name, phone number, and number of choice on the queen board that are still available. If there is no board number choice written on ticket, the lowest number available on the board will be chosen for them. a. No nick names, aliases or abbreviations are allowed. Name must match the players identification.b. Writing on ticket must be legible. Stamps allowed if legible. No address stickers are allowed.5. There will be a weekly drawing of one ticket each Tuesday night at 6:30 pm.6. To win the jackpot, you must pick the Queen of Hearts. If the Queen of Hearts is not picked the jackpot rolls over to the following week. All tickets purchased will be discarded and new tickets will be available for purchase. The jackpot will continue to build until the Queen of Hearts is drawn.7. If the winning ticket holder is present and picks the Queen of Hearts, they win the jackpot. If the person is not present and chooses the Queen of Hearts they will receive 50% of the payout.8. The total sales of tickets are shared between the Ludlow Elks Lodge and the winner on a 50/50 split. For example, if the total sales of tickets is $600, the lodge keeps $300, the jackpot winner keeps $300 if they are present, if the winner is not present they will receive $150.9. Additional payouts, if the purchaser picks one of the 2 jokers from the board and they are present at the drawing they will receive $50. If the purchaser picks one of the Queens in play other than the Queen of Hearts, they will receive $30 if they are present. The raffle ticket drawn, if no winning cards are picked will win $20.10. The drawings will occur during the weeks of the cruise nights except when cancelled due to weather. The final drawing, if the Queen isn’t found before then, will be on September 15, 2026, 2 weeks before the end of cruise night. A raffle ticket will be drawn and the purchaser will choose a card on the board, this will continue until the Queen of Hearts is found. 11. The game is over once the Queen of Hearts has been found.12. The winning payout will be in the form of a check presented to the winner within 7 days of the raffle.13. The prize is taxable income, and a W2-G (gambling winnings) will be issued to the winner.
