This year we have one major change:BURNOUTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. We must insist that all participants in Cruise Night stop doing burnouts. Burnouts not only endanger the safety of spectators and fellow participants, but also pose a significant liability risk to the Ludlow Elks. The reckless behavior associated with burnouts reflects poorly on the entire car enthusiast community. Failure to comply may result in being banned from future participation in this event. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
